This is a house I actually made a long time ago. I did review many elements to optimize them.
November 2015: This house was the first I made, many elements have been reviewed to be able to finally get this inworld. Stairs are not included, the intention was to make a high detailed building with a very acceptable Li. Stairs and other elements will come in other add on packs.
Foortprint: 24.15 * 14.15 m
When you position the store push it a bit in the ground to make the first step of the stairs a bit lower if not it want work that well.
The door in this building is not scripted (yet). My knowledge of scripting is as good as none existing, specialisation = modelling. This element has 3 seperate ambient occlusions (open, close and "exploded" to give you more choice in finishing.
Quite some elements have more then one UV maps applied to it. Pls check on the combined sample delivered with this box.
Since it is FP you of course can sell it if you textured it under the condition that it is not passed FP or cc/trans.
A sample of the assembled house is delivered with the box.
If you need help on how to handle UV and ambient occlusion maps and since I had quite a bit of demand for it, two youtube detailed tutorials have been made for your convenience.

This item is not rezzed in my store, there is simply no place for such large build. The link guides you straight to a platform, individual pieces are inworld in the regular store.

This item is made with a LOD setting of your viewer of 4, many will stand at much lower settings, there is always that balance...
Ambient occlusion can be checked too though there is a risk that your FPS (frames per second) will severely go down.
It is better not to go beyond LOD4 level, first of all grids don't use it.

- Very extensive sets of ambient occlusion maps
- 3 sets of ambient occlusion for the door
- Good LOD, though made for LOD4 setting
