Offered up to you is this beautiful Beaux Arts Mansion circa 1900. Enter the house from a grand semi-circular staircase in an exquisite great hall awash with decorative marble and wooden wall panels and towering pillars. At the centre is a massive stair case leading to an equally large upper gallery, On both sides of the great hall are two regal ballrooms with floor to ceiling windows that open onto stately balconies.

In total the mansion has nine rooms graced with nine balconies and a massive paneled done ceiling.

The house comes with landscaped groups that include regal staircases, paths and a central fountain for you to admire.

The house and groups is 1014 prim with measurements of 62.8 X 63.4 X 27.6. The house alone (as you can delete the grounds if desired) is 51 X 33 X 25.

The mansion has since been featured in a video made for Fantasy Faire. Here is the link

(+) Price is absolutely worth it and acceptable. This had taken a long time to create.
(+) Modifiable and comes with textures. Thank you SO kindly for this, I adjusted color sliders in an art program and made the roof a nice chocolate color. I also modified my own wood floors and mimicked the shadows. Tinting is easy and on whole surfaces that made sense. Excellent.
(+) Not bad texture use. They are x1024 but only ~30 of them. This is great, compared to homes that I have bought with 100+ textures to load. I load my home quickly after clearing cache.
(+) Low triangle budget. Appreciated!! This home is high li for all the crown molding and ceiling details, but I hadn't found anything stupid high tri count for dumb reasons.
(+) Love the lighting bake, it is very good.

(-) Would have liked the back room to be modifiable as 1 piece so I could make it longer. I called it the banana room and closed it off. It is too skinny for SL use to cam in there comfortably.
(-) No room for a decent bed in the upper rooms, although the design is really nice.
(-) The prims as physics is dreadful. I deleted them all and made my own "barriers" in a more simplistic manner, taking out the roof prims and over doorways that are not necessary. They were in the way of modifying the building anyway.

I think you'd sell more of these if you made a texture HUD. Love the rose color marble and its nice that I could put in the effort to change that myself, but a satisfying click-to-change HUD would be worth paying an extra 2k for.

Love this residence. I had been looking for this style that is modifiable and mesh, for years.

Romin McDonnell is a true talent. As a long-time collector of homes in Second Life (collecting builds is my actual hobby - I love architecture in RL... some people collect Gachas and I collect homes - I have over 3000 or so) - this is by far one of the most beautiful, detailed, and HIGH quality uses of mesh I have seen in recent times. THIS is what it means to be in SL in 2019. I often peruse the MarketPlace looking at new releases, and I just shake my head in disbelief from some of the things I see coming out of creators, that are NEW builds. They are like taking a walk back in time to 2008. Dreadful! However, I had a gut feeling about this, and purchased it sight unseen, and took the plunge. Well - I AM SO GLAD I DID! This is absolutely beautiful - wait, stunning is a better word. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone who wants a truly over-the-top elegant, regal, palatial home! As a matter of fact - ANYONE who wants to SEE this home in person, I have a full sim-sized building platform in the sky above my home. I would be happy to show you any time upon request - just IM me in-world. THAT is how impressed I am by this build, and this creator. I know this sounds like I am a paid spokesperson, LOL but I can assure you, what you are seeing is the result of extremely happy satisfaction at seeing something FINALLY done right! Romin - WAY TO GO - and please, by all means, keep the gorgeous builds coming for all to enjoy! Have a great day everyone - - Brick Masters.
