Simple notecard dispenser with a Second Life Beginner's Guide.
Vintage technology from 2005, so the actual guide may be a bit outdated; however, you can always reuse the scripts for dispensing notecards

A nifty little gadget that I've used over and over again. You can copy the script and use it to make anything you create dispense notecards and rotate (or not rotate).
Very helpful and handy.
Works perfect had no problems at all editing the script.You can even mod this and just keep the sphere if you want to save on some prims. Awesome!
Simple as this:
Edit this object.
Remove the "Notecard Giver 1.1" script.
Edit that script and change the Float Text to what you like.
Works perfectly, didn't really need the notecards offered inside but they are still nice to have.
Works well, full perm too.
If you're wanting to remove the hover text it requires basic script editing knowledge, just look inside the script and configure it yourself, this is a very nice design will use over and over again with credit given!
I have had to disable the rotation script though because the homestead SIM owner complained about it but other than that, you can use this very well.
This thing is a nightmare. It displays a text above your object that can't be deleted. Even when you delte the script. It is still there!!!!!
