By Purchasing, downloading or receiving as a gift from Beliria Designs/BLD Textures you agree to the following terms and conditions, set out in this EULA:-

License:

1) Authorised usage:

a) You the purchaser/recipient CAN ONLY use these textures within Secondlife™ as intergrated components of your personal and commercial builds.
b) You MAY download and modify the textures ONLY for use within Secondlife™, ONLY if the intended usage purpose does NOT infringe on section 2 Unauthorised Usage.

2) Unauthorised usage;

a) You are not authorised to sell, re-sell, give away, gift, any original OR Modified Beliria Designs/BLD Textures, in any known or unknown digital file format. or any other means without prior written permission from Beliria Designs/BLD Textures who are the exclusive copyright holders of said textures.

3) License Agreement Amendments.

a)That amendments may occur at any time with the Beliria Designs/BLD Textures EULA and you will adhere to the updated/altered changes.

Layman's terms:

1) That YOU the Purchaser/Recipient are ONLY Licensed to use these textures within Secondlife™
2) That MAY NOT sell or give away the original or modified Textures within Secondlife™ or elsewhere, at all.
3) That the Beliria Designs/BLD Texture License may be amended/Updated/changed at anytime.

If you require an extended license to use these textures in other virtual worlds, commercial or non commercial projects etc. please contact Beliria Lumley in SL.

Full Perm items are non refundable due to the nature of the product.
