Thank you for your interest in the BentBox Lightcatcher Mesh Eyes.
This set has been created for highly detailed realism with an organically meshed eye accurate to the shape of a real eye. The result is an eye which captures SLs lighting in a realistic fashion. All included images do not have textured in lighting, all effects are real time. The eyes will sparkle and change as light sources move around you in a realistic fashion.
The set comes with a full featured and easy to use, responsive HUD system and instructions for setting up, positioning and sizing the eyes to fit your head.
The eyes have been tested with a range of avatars, male and female, and we can confidently say it works with all major brands of mesh heads, the SL avatar, child avatars, and many others.
HUD includes 32 iris textures, seven sclera (eye white) textures, a full color picker for three areas (pupil, iris and sclera), as well as a full applier system with instructions and developer kit for an infinite range of options from third party applier artists. Eyes can be moved and customized individually for heterochromia, or asymmetrical heads.
As this is a mesh attachment, and despite being modifiable and easy to use, PLEASE try a demo before purchasing the full version. The Demo is fully functional and will give you a great idea of what you're getting with the full product.
Also please note that the real intent of this eye is for use with the SL advanced lighting engine and as such it will require a mesh and materials capable viewer, and is best viewed with the advanced lighting model feature activated in graphics settings.

The scripts which make them work perfectly when attached to the skull socket, combined with the great colour choices and the lovely, in-depth shiny iris effects make these a must buy in my opinion. Anyone using an anthro avatar especially should consider picking these up, as they can not only save you an hour playing with your shape by attaching them to the skull and simply moving them into place, they allow you to maintain eye movement when easily changing the head slider to wear rigged hair.
I simply implore the maker to create more packs of these with different colours or effects, or a slit pupil version for lizards, cats, nekos, demons, ETC! I try and tell everyone who buys one of my mods to get these. ;)

Stunning
I've refused to use any other eyes since trying these. With advanced lighting enabled, they're absolutely gorgeous. They're also incredibly easy to customize. They especially add that extra tiny realistic detail when you're taking snapshots. I've recommended these to everyone who's asked me where to find good eyes. The pupil dilation feature is awesome -and- can be toggled on/off. Love them!

Very disappointing.
Just profoundly disappointed. There are absolutely no light effects whatsoever. I tried the latest editions of two different materials enabled viewers with the highest graphics settings and advanced lighting model, yet all I see is flat, lifeless eyes. I feel I have been cheated out of my lindens.
