Quick Start:
Add the guitar according to your gender, it should attach to your right shoulder.
Add the guitar Pick/Plectrum according to your gender, it should attach to your right hand.
Add the HUD
Click on the HUD's top your preferred style
This will trigger an upper body Bento animation priority 5 that you can combine with your AO and your own dances.
Adjust the guitar's position to your liking. Read instructions in notecard.

I had this old Les Paul pink "Eva Longoria" special custom (but all flat and with only a few animations; that was simply the standard in those years) but thought it was now time to upgrade to something more fancy mesh & mocap. After a lengthy market survey I finally ended up with this one, and it is a far better replacement than ever anticipated. The guitar itself is very detailed, and the bento animations are way cool - just as seen in the video. And it is FAR FAR less expensive than so many other guitars in SL. You cannot go wrong with this one.
The only problem I recognized so far - but this seems merely to be a weakness of the overall SL bento system, and I will not blame the creator for this - sometimes animations seem to be stuck, obviously as a result of interference and priority battles with competing bentos (while playing I tried singing and emoting with my Catwa head for a video performance). So this is my strong suggestion for playing this guitar: switch off any other Bento which is not absolutely necessary. It will perform much better then!
