I was lookin for some drinks to scatter 'round my apartment to make it a bit nicer, and came across these. Being 1 $L, I figured what's the harm?

I'm fairly certain that I've uncovered 4 ancient artifacts and 2 1/2 curses

Whatever time period these were made it, it was definitely in SL's veeeeeeeeery early days. None of these look even remotely good, but that's not why you buy these. That's not the point. You buy these to marvel at just how bad they are by today's standards.

For example, each drink is a whole 9 prims or so. A little ridiculous. Some of them are no modify for no discernible reason, and some of them have some actually pretty inoffensive animations.

But the real joy here is examining the textures. The root beer float had a woodgrain texture. The orange/lemon slices don't have rind textures; they just stretched the inside texture over it. The Straws have their spiral texture continue onto the lip, and even I was able to fix that in 2 seconds with my limited knowledge. Hell, the neck of the Jack Daniel's bottle is fukin /lace/. Why??? Why not just leave it transparent?? Why lace????????

But the real killer was the texture on the bottle of Dom Perigon. The cork was foil, but the body of the bottle was a photo. A straight-up snapshot of an SL wedding or something where everyone was in bright, bright purple and pink. It's clearly from the very early days of SL cuz the dresses are just. Triangles. No flexiprims, nothing. The avvys were hideous. I cannot do it justice with words.

All in all 10/10 I didn't get any useful props but the experience I had left me wheezing and I absolutely recommend it to you.

Some dont look amazing but really the quantity and price is great. They use about 5 prims each on average so make sure you dont leave too many around :P

not all the drinks are to my desire, but for the price i had to give it 5 star - ty for a great item
