takes some normal editing ... yes it attaches to your hand but take it back into inventory right click on the object then scroll to Attach To and place it on your nose (a little more editing afterwards) our attach to your skull.
it is a wonderful addition very pleased with it! :-)

if you stand on pose stand and rezz this is and wear it goes in hand then you edit it to your head thank your done not once you come off pose stand its floating over head in air>>>>>>>
