NOTE: This color picker uses new features added to the SL 1.21 viewer. If you are running an older viewer, you will get a warning message when you use the color picker and the scripts will not compile. Please upgrade to 1.21 or later to use them. Also keep that in mind if you use the scripts in your own creations.
This is a 1-prim HSL color picker, it works much like the built-in color picker in SecondLife edit window.
HSL (hue-saturation-light) is another way of describing colors apart from RGB (red-green-blue), which is what LSL functions such as llSetColor require.
Usage:
1. Drop TRANSFORM and this script into desired prim.
2. Touch HS plane to select your color
3. Touch L axis to select lightness/darkness
4. The picker will say color on CMD_CH
5. Modify script and prim as needed

Payed a lot of money for Color Picker HUD's which i can't use for my ideas, but this one is perfect, it allowes to slide over the colors to find exactly what you want. The scripts are full perm too, which allowes me to use the HUD for all i want to do, and the BEST it is all free!!! Thanks a lot for your creation. Would give 10 stars and more :D
Haven't applied to my builds yet but I've been searching it for quite a while.
This is an amazing, and amazingly useful, little script.
Exceedingly user-friendly, within minutes I had it worked into a pair of shoes and ready to go!
I honestly would have paid good money for a script like this, it's one of the best freebies I have ever found!

I love playing with it and think it would make a great hud item. My only issues is if someone else has one using the same channel they can change the color too. Still trying to find a way to script it only to listen to owner... and I am not a scripter :P.
