To Fly Your Tarn
------------------
- It flies in mouselook.
- Moving mouse forward = pitch up.
- Moving mouse back = pitch down.
- Moving mouse left and right steers the tarn.
- w and s, or the up and down arrow keys, are used to fly forward or back.
- a and d will move left and right respectively, but only by a small amount.
- e and c will move up and down respectively, but only by a small amount.
- There are no commands to start or stop the tarn. When you right click and choose "Ride" in the center of the saddle, the tarn automatically and immediately goes into flight mode and puts you in mouselook, so you are ready to fly into battle immediately with no delay. When you stand, the tarn automatically goes back into idle mode, assuming a perching pose with folded wings.
- There is no complicated set-up required. Speed is adjusted in flight by tapping on the w key, or holding it down for maximum speed, and using the s key as a brake. (When you release the w key, it continues to move forward, but slows down as it does so.)
- The tarn whistle is worn as a HUD. Touch the tarn whistle to call or dismiss the tarn (or use a gesture activated by "t"). Above the whistle graphic on the hud are displayed the remaining health points on the tarn, and a speedometer measuring speed in meters per second.
