Lots of basic skins in different skin tones and with different facial hair
In this pack of 30 skins, I found 5 different ones that I liked. I'm using these with a different mesh avatar, not Roth. They will work on any avatar that has a BOM body and BOM head. I'm really pleased with the wide variety of skin tones and facial hair. These aren't high-end skins, but work great for my purposes and are well worth the L$20.
Bought it by mistake but save your lindens ;-)

Great Skins, Best value for 20lindens
Hi I had to leave a review because ive spent more than 20 lindens on group fees to get free gifts and I wasnt happy with the quality, but here for 20 lindens I got so much. with the mesh head im using the latino, african american, mediteranean toned skins look much better. I highly recommend these if you need a dark skintone, most male skin gifts are pale so I was happy to find darker tones. Best of all they are BOM compatible, so I can use them on my free body. Thank you for the skins.
Very Surprised - In a good way.
Expecting 30x top quality male BoM (classic) skins in return for L$20 would be silly. I expected the worst but decided to take a punt anyway and I was very pleasantly surprised.
About 6 of these skins are very good, perhaps another 6 mediocre, the rest awful. Darker tones in general were the best.
So, for L$20, I feel I got a very good deal. Thank you.
