The Blue Courtyard Apartments can be turned into a single family home or as the name says, it can be turned into 4 apartments or a small hotel however you like it.

This build is unfurnished and the plants and vehicles are only for decorative purposes.

The build is modifiable and copiable so you can renovate the house if you want to make it bigger, or smaller, or delete the back walls of the pool.

Please note if you unlink the building, the prim count will be higher.

I have made the building on a raised platform to accomodate for the swimming pool. You will have to terraform the land.

Please keep the rezzer because there will always be a copy of the original house inside it.
