This is a smaller hot tub that will fit in your house rooms compared to the free ones. It fills and empties water, creates steam, and has jet bubbles. also , so you dont have to jump or fly in, there are steps.

honestly, i already had a hot tub that i like, but it didnt have bubbles, rising water or steam.. so i got this and it's mod. i dropped the water and effects into my current hot tub. it's perfect! the hot tub is mod so i could take pieces off this one the the water jets and the steps and put it onto mine along with the water scripts. great for the scripts alone!
