This wallpaper is great - rustic, stripe with floor molding it is modify and copy so you can do any room you want, as much as you want. Its dirty and grungy - great for role play sims - or for that lived in look
This is a prim, not a texture - its used to make a skin for the inside of a house - perhaps a house your renting and do not have permissions to change the wall texture - but want a different look for the room.
