A review after a discussion with the creator...
I will admit my first review of this product was vitriolic and harsh... and not without merit. However, the response from the store owner/staff was almost instantaneous due to my dissatisfaction with the product, in terms of customer service, this is literally second to none!
OK, to the product itself. My main issue with this product, like many promoted, is the difference between the image portrayed and the product itself when worn/rezzed in world. I was hoping to have a beautiful pair of boots in a deep black with flat soles for a female AV... All good, apart from the 'Black'.
In many circumstances products, especially clothing do NOT appear 'BLACK' as advertised in the SL marketplace and for the likes for me, this is infuriating. What we need here is some control on the 'Materials' element of the product to mitigate shine and/or adjust the overall darkness of the boot to make it look Black inworld rather than Gray...
Hopefully Blueberry can implement this flexibility in the future, until then if you want a deep 'Black' boot in all environments, please check the DEMO in advance.
