Playing house never felt so good!
A darling 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, Ranch style home featuring a lot of detail without a lot of prim. This home has a very open air feel. The Living room, dining room, kitchen (w/breakfast nook) and family room are very specific rooms but not walled off. Other features are a laundry/mud room, front & back porch (with automatic porch lights) and a 2 car garage. This medium sized home feels a lot larger than it is. The foot print is only 45-1/2 X 44-1/2 Meters. The home is only 205 prim unfurnished leaving you tons to decorate and really make this home your own.
This home also features my mesh windows with built in (functioning) Mini blinds. Just one touch and they individually and smoothly slide up or down in about 3 seconds. You can also tint them any color your heart desires.
