This three sided wrap porch adds a lot of living space to the Alderley with a very roomy front porch area, side porch, and back porch.
I am including three porches. One in each of the roof colors available. There is no rezzer for these porches. Simply rez the porch with the roof color of your choice and move the porch into place using the edit tools.
The porch is a partial mesh build with the bulk of the build being mesh and a few regular prim parts. The floors are regular prims so rezzing objects on the floor shouldn't be an issue.
The package also contains a set of shutters in dark, white, and gray. The double shutters are mesh and one piece. The single shutter, used for the two single windows to the right of the front door, are normal prims set to convex hull. These single shutters when linked will only be .5 land impact. If you do not link them they will remain at 1 land impact each.
