Simple creator tool for make your creation as time limited demo. There are no configuration settings.. It can be run with all other scripts and it can be run with all type of wearable objects (not clothing layers) like as regular prims, sculpted or mesh items (include rigged meshes). Also it can be continue to run "not script allowed lands" too.
Usually takes time to make a demo and may you need to upload new textures.. This script gives you possibility for use the original item as demo, without losing time or any upload fee.
"drop the script to your item content and use it as demo.. that is all, not more.."
also, you can use this script with any hud controlled items too.. no problem, give a chance to your clients for try with all the features of the object.. simply, drop same script to both of hud and object content.. don't worry! the item will be detached and makes itself a trash when expired.
in the valid five minutes:
the script holds count of weared minutes, they can be attach and detach the item few times, doesn't matter... but,
√ they can NOT rezz the item on the floor
√ they can NOT drop the item on the ground
After five minutes of use:
√ each prim will be renamed as Object
√ all descriptions will be cleaned
√ all contents of root prim will be deleted
√ all textures of item will be changed as default wood texture
√ all colors of item will be changed as white
√ each prim of object will be scale to possible minimum size
√ each prim of object will move to position of root prim (if not rigged)
√ and finally detach the object..
After the forcible separation:
√ the object will be detach immediately if they try to wear again
√ it will be deleted if they attempt to rezz it on the floor.
Easy and simply..
√ they can NOT wear that item longer than 5 minutes
Limitation is only, you must be creator of the root prim on item (the object must to show you as creator)

Wow is all i can say
Ive been months looking for a decent script for timed demo's i love doing the texture for the mesh i sell then having to write demo over it for the demo items and ruining the over all look i hate it, this script is amazing, i was worried that someone could just detach and reattach the mesh but that does not work the timer does not reset so this is perfect, i was worried about when the timer expires someone would just wear the demo items again but it auto detaches again and they cannot wear, this script is amazing and for 250l$ the amount i will save on another 10l$ upload for a demo texture is awesome thank you Boshwer so much

Something I use all the time
I use this script all the time to make demos of my products and I am very pleased with how easy it is to use. Drag/drop/DEMO! oh and make the item no-copy but pish posh very easy
