MOD/COPY except for the scripts/anims which are copy-perm only. Mess with how it looks to your hearts content but make a backup first :)
Wear the Bodhran. The drum will attach to your left hand. Attach it anywhere else and the anims won't trigger. Wearing the drum only, it will animate your left hand ONLY (bento compatible) into the proper position to hold the drum. Your wrist should pass under the struts and be cranked back a bit, your fingers resting on the inside of the drumskin. It will override any but the highest priority wrist/hand anims but will not interfere with any other body part..
To PLAY the drum, wear the tipper (drumstick). It will attach to your right hand. Your arms will be animated (shoulder to fingertips, bento compatible) and you'll start playing.. The anim speed is set for a 120 beats-per-minute jig or reel if its running at its default speed in your viewer :) Like the anim built into the drum itself it only animates the parts it needs to, leaves everything else alone, and if not atttached to the right hand does nothing.
Neither component is rigged in any way, so you'll likely have to adjust the positions of both attachments a bit, just like all other unrigged attachables.
To stop playing simply put the tipper back in your pocket (detach it). You'll go back to just holding the drum on your left hand.
The holding anim will stop when you detach the drum.
TEXTURES: UV maps for the outside and inside of the drum skin, and for the drum frame are included full-perm to allow you to download and work with them, as are all the textures initially applied to the drum. The outer face of the skin uses advanced materials and has both a normal map and a specular map. The inner side of the skin is a plain diffuse texture The drum frame is currently a plain brown color (blank texture) with a little shininess added, but its UV is included anyway in case you want to mess with painting a logo on the rim or anything.
The included diffuse texture for the outside of the drum skin is photosourced from a Walton bodhran I own IRL.
NO SOUND EFFECTS. BUILT IN - Just stream some Dubliners :)
