I bought this chair for my son, it worked once then wouldn't let him out. So I contacted Angel, she responded immediately, super sweet, refunded my money (bc I ended up buying another one) and replaced the broken one. Thank you Angel for the Super GREAT customer service and I will be shopping for more stuff!!
