The Botanical Decorative Light Set is an attractive, low land impact, mesh addition to your landscaping that can give you an elegant or festive look at the touch of a button! The set contains 35 versatile mesh light pieces that can be arranged and linked together for an unlimited number of lighting displays.
Each light piece can be assigned up to 4 of 8 available colors, and has both blinking and solid light options. Using the included Light Controller, you can manage an entire region of lights at once (useful for lighting ceremonies), or set the controller to Auto mode, turning lights on and off based on the Second Life time of day.
Lights and Light Controller can be set to Group Access, allowing property managers and partners to also control your light displays.
Multiple Shapes:
The 36 piece set comes with multiple shapes and sizes:
☑ Wrap - for tree trunks, banisters or light poles (16 sizes)
☑ Flat - for walls, roofs, hedges (6 sizes)
☑ Straight - for vertical hanging lights or decorative trim (3 sizes)
☑ Draped - for horizontal hanging lights (4 sizes)
☑ Ellipse, Sphere and Cone: for adding lights to trees and bushes (7 sizes)
Multiple Light Styles:
There are two style options available with the included lights.
☑ Scattered - Lights are randomly distributed on the light piece.
☑ String - Lights are arranged as if they are attached to a string or wire.
Some styles are not available for all light shapes.
The pieces of this set are 1 to 4 land impact per piece ***as packaged***. You can link most pieces together to achieve a lower land impact than having them unlinked inworld. Due to the detailed lights, scaling the pieces up will result in a higher land impact. Please keep this in mind while decorating!

Perfect!!!
Great lights i really love them, what im missing is long straight strands 16 meters or more.. to decorate along paths, lights are really amazing and beautiful, definitely worth to buy.
just gorgeous !
I saw these ground lights today at the RP fair, and spent 20 minutes figuring out where they came from :) I was super pleased to discover they came from Botanical. It's the look I wanted for a fun event I am doing, the lights are a dream to work with gorgeous and beautiful ! very warm and inviting, choice of colors, how fast you desire them to blink ! I couldn't ask for a better light set. Botanical is THE place to go for landscaping and your home decorating needs. Pet :)
dont stretch it
For the rest of you out there that are clueless to what mesh is or how to create things in second life i just want to include a note mentioning that the prim count does go up on each strand of lights if you were to decide to resize them. Other than that...yes they are very nice. However i was not prepared for how many prims using them would really cost me after all was said and done. In fairness you can stretch them to be a little bigger and still keep it under one prim. Stretching them also stretches the texture so if you try to size the sheet of lights to be bigger is will make the circle shape change as well. I hope for something different in the future but for now I guess this is all that can be done with the technology we have. Support and questions were answered in a timely manner and very polite and informative.
A Must Have!
I always thought of these as the "Gacha Lights" because i always saw them at Gacha Events. :D
I'm so happy I finally found them! They're perfect!
Super versatile and pretty!
I'm building things just to have an excuse to put out more of these lights. I love all the shapes right out of the box and the super low land impact for all pieces. That some of the lights gently fade in and out of view is superb!
