After saving this item in my 'favorites' for a few months, I went ahead and made the purchase and am glad that I did. Other than the shape, you get the entirety of everything shown: hair, hair accessories, stockings, cameo choker, shoes, the whole nine. Literally, all you've got to do when you unpack it is right-click the folder, choose "replace current outfit", remove the superfluous corsets (after all, only one will have the best fit anyway) and then replace your AO and you're good to go.
This entire costume is brilliantly and beautifully made. If you're considering it, you won't be disappointed when you choose to take the plunge. Very sexy, very very couture. :)
