I CAN'T SEE THEM WHEN I SET THE ENVIRONMENT TO MIDNIGHT
I thought i would see a dazzling group of stars and a much larger group. I could barely see them at midnight.
Not mesh
These are not editable in any way. They are a low quality image file that is put in clusters with a simple spin script. They are 100% flat. not mesh at all. The image shows them vibrant and glowing. In actuality they are yellow, pink, and blue and are such a low quality that they look blurry.

I like an awful lot of Boudoir's work, so I was enthusiastic about buying this for a science-fiction sim I am working on.
In my opinion the texture looks nothing like what is presented here in the picture. The 'stars' are arranged in such tight, tubular columns that the flatness of the texture is constantly presented as it revolves, removing any illusion that it is an object of light.
Although I did not notice this in the description, the fact that it is 10 prims also makes it an object that you barely want to use when combined with the aspects presented above. If it is a quality appearance you want to bring, I would suggest you avoid this product. :(
I am sorry to do such a negative review. I generally strive to find something to praise. Regrettably in this product, there is nothing that gives me the opportunity to praise.
