I've kept the design bold so not to distract from projects within and have personally used this building my self. It makes a small space feel huge :)

A small workshop building for creating small projects, be it photo shoots, furniture or gizmos, this area gives you a clean space to work in. With its low prim count (45 Land impact),size and cost, this is a perfect little work area for people with limited land and/or funds... or even just too spawn in a sandbox.
This building come with 3 selectable interior wall textures and 3 selectable floor textures. All texture are bump mapped (Normal map) and specular mapped.
Lighting can be turned on and off and colours can be changed. Access to the main door can be set to all or owner only.
The building has a land impact of 45 prims. We have avoided going lower as we don't want the walls of the building to vanish at short distances. See the demo version to see if the level LOD detail (LOD) meets your needs.
The demo version is free and may meet your needs, but it has the menu disabled and a demo message on the main door.
After spawning / rez-ing your Building (the Cube) locate the control box for options
