This is just a Box of Rain.

Numerous one prim particle effects, a couple of different rains of water, a really neat orchid blossom rain, Rose Petals, coloured hearts and some Autumn leaves.

All are on the Master Garden script featuring chat and blue pop up controls, including private/public settings. They are all copy so you can rez enough to cover a sim, or two, or three..
