I looked for a demo and checked the in-world location but didn't find the store there - for 99L it was worth chancing anyway, so I bought this. It looks wonderful, like the pictures suggest, and it's cheap. The problem is the land impact; at 115, that's unnecessarily high. In edit mode the polygon borders are so dense that there's no space between most of the lines. If you have a higher-end PC and would rather spend prims than lindens, this might work for you; but if you want to conserve prims or have a weaker GPU then try something with lower LI and fewer polygons.
