This device is a cruel and mean device to get the chat of the wearer cut
off and replaces it with thoughts. Emotes can be blocked and also IMs,
which makes it a very cruel device.
The device requires the use of a Restrained Love compliant viewer.
Update 1.11: hovertext can be colored now, 10 pre-defined colors and also custom color. Display time can be adjusted between 1 second to 6 seconds.
Included are two tattoo layer, one with sewed mouth and one glued with tape
