The Primavera Home is a total of 156 Prims and fits nicely on a 16x32 sqm (512 total sqm) parcel.
Your home is completely modifiable, even though your permissions state it's not. It's the scripts that aren't mod, not the furnishings. If you wish to change a texture or move something, please, by all means, play with it to your hearts content. If you mess it up, the whole house is copy, so just delete the one and re-rez a new one!
