A derelict & detailed old rustic barn once a busy sawmill & now just a shed, custom textures throughout, ideal for multi use, as a shop or even on an RPG.

A cosy loft up in the roof can be accessed via a ladder through a trapdoor and has 2 sets of sliding double doors at the front and back, you can even slide down the rope hanging from the pulley at the front for a quick exit from the loft. A squeaky old weather vane sits on the top of the roof twisting in the wind.
