The TBF Bronze Hand Teleporter pack contains two sets of hands. Each set has a upward-pointing and a downward-pointing hand.
The first set has to be set up manually, by putting destinations coordinates in the Description field in Edit (e.g. <128,128,22>).
The second set will set up automatically upon rezzing one hand and then the other.
Note that, if you remove one hand of an auto-setup pair, the other becomes useless and has to be taken away too.
The auto-setup hands work very similar to the auto-setup teleporter arrow buttons listed below. For these buttons, an instruction video has been made, which is also added as a link below.

I placed the Down teleport in my skybox, tp'd home and placed the Up teleport in my home. It's that easy! The teleport automatically configured. I highly recommend this sculptural teleport for basic point-to-point use. Does not have a menu to control access so be forewarned.
