Description - This Classic Brownstone is packed full of amenities. The home has been carefully constructed from the finest brownstone available. Charming cut glass windows allow the glow from a warm fire to shine through, welcoming you to your new home. Stepping through the hand carved double doors inlaid with lead glass you will find yourself in a formal entry facing the grand staircase leading to the second floor. The library features one of our large custom fireplaces with our custom True Fireplace Control. The library itself features large built in bookshelves, and, shh....more then one hidden passage.
As you walk from room to room take note of the custom transom windows. You will find only the finest materials have been used in this one of a kind home.The living room continues the fine tradition of elegant wood, gorgeous windows and warmth. The kitchen features a large work space and stairs leading down to the basement and wine cellar. Cross the back hall to the gracious and expansive conservatory with floor to ceiling arched windows.
Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms with custom windows and doors and warm rich wood flowing throughout. The bathroom is large enough for many accessories. The second floor contains a secret of its own. Follow the stairs up to massive attic. There are no end to the possibilities for this luscious space.
If you are clever you will find there is more then one way to enter the dungeon. Once there you have multiple secret doors that will lead you to the wine cellar. Travel deeper into the dungeon and you will find the "cell block".
