Introducing - The Brownstones #506 - An original build that shows great potential for your rentals, or roleplay sim. They are under 50 prims per unit. I put 6 units together end -to-end and it was just under 64m. If you make a 64m x 32m grid using roads and sidewalks, 12 of these will fit in that space.
The units are approximately 10m wide and 16m deep counting the stairs.

In the box:
- There are 3 different rez boxes for each of the 3 types of Brownstone buildings. If you are facing the buildings, the references to Left End, Middle and Right End should be correct.
+ Brownstones v4 is the Left End unit when you are facing it. The fire escape is on the left side and the right side is flat to allow another unit to go beside it.
+ Brownstones v6 is a mid-unit, and is meant to have a unit on both sides. The fire escape is on the face of the building.
+ Brownstones v5.5 is the Right End unit when you are facing it, the fire escape is on the right side.
- Extras -
+ Drapes are just for fun, copy, modify. There is a script in them to make them retract when touched.
+ Divider Fence - just an extra prim with the brick texture I threw-in. You might want to place these buildings with a backyard or an alley area, so this can be used to make a dumpster area, etc.
+ Fireplug 002 - Just threw this in the box, copy and place them anywhere around your neighborhood!
+ Roads for the Brownstones - Just an added feature, they are like the ones I have in my photos. Feel free to use them, or not. The sidewalk is an extra prim, and can be detached, or modified.
+ Auto-configuring Teleporters. Courtesy of Lars Juhl Jensen aka Eightball Magic. Please read the documentation contained in the teleporter.
+ This notecard - to explain the buildings and contents.
==================================================================================
All buildings are Mod/Copy/NO Transfer. You can redo any textures you might want to change. Please use care in doing so, and make sure you select "Edit Linked Parts", select the part you want to change, and select "Select Face" on the face of the prim you want to change the texture of.
The builds are not perfect. I tried to keep them as low-prim as possible.
You can rez as many units as you like. Place them side-by-side or back-to-back to create an entire apartment block.
You can rent the entire unit as one, or rent separate floors.
To give the maximum potential floor space, and to keep prim count low, there are no stairs to the two upper levels. These can be accessed using teleporters, or just keep them as a dummy part of the build.
