SPECIFICATIONS:

- Weapons Damage: 8 HP/strike
- Melee Rate: 1 strike/0.5 Sec
- Range: 3m/Angle PI/4
- HP Reg: +5 HP/10 sec

MANUAL:
To use the system, wear both the meter and Hud (optional), you will be prompted to pick a gender (male/female).
Basic Attacks: Approach the avatar, you need to be within 3m of the person, click/hold down your left mouse button, while tapping your movement A/S/D/W keys or arrow keys (do not let go of the mouse button while doing this). You will need to be facing the avatar for the damage, this works both with or without mouse-look. The angle at which you can deliver damage is 45 degrees (PI/4). It helps to wear a melee weapon while doing this, remember to activate "always run".
(works like URA/DCS/DBS/CHAOS meters)

STATS:
- HP: Hit Points (Health) - The number displayed on meter/hud is the remaining percentage of these hit points.

COMMANDS:
Players' Command Channel is (9) you can change.
/9help - displays list of commands.
/9on - turns meter on.
/9off - turns meter off.
/9title - sets player title.
/9title remove - removes player title.
/9reset - resets hp to 100.
/9gender - changes player gender male/female.
/9color color-name - changes meter hover-text color.
/9colorlist - displays color list.

SECURITY:
- Encrypt and Decrypt functions + password for all com messages between system parts.
- Creator Checker: Checks if the creator of the prim is the same creator of the script based on creator UUID this prevents any external hacking or misuse of the system. If the creator of the prim is not the same as the UUID provided the script will be deleted.
- Can't attach multiple meters together, one meter per time.
