I have provided a copy with stairs and without so you can decide which works best for you. I also made it compatible with most seamless wood textures, so you can modify it to suit your needs.
The deck is walkable and the railing will keep you from falling off. It is Copy / Mod, so please remember to always make a copy before making any modifications. Unfortunately, due to it being Non Transferable, I cannot offer any refunds. Please check Demo versions before purchasing the full product.
