Create a particle bubbles effect above or around your avatar.

Lot of parameter setting:
- distance the bubbles appear from the spawner
- seconds the bubbles will exist and grow
- start size to end size of the bubble
- how fast the bubbles will move up or down
- density of the number of bubbles
- set if the bubbles get affected by wind or not

You can create appearance like:
- bubbles pop above your head
- leaving a trail when walking
- private area surrounds you with bubbles
- field of bubbles flying upwards

Use the HUD for fast settings.
Use simple chat commands for more accurate settings.
Edit the rezzer spot and move it to your feet or attach it at Avatar Center.
