Thank you for your purchase!

*****************If you read anything read this*************************

Sometimes the sounds will need to cache into your system - once these sound objects are rezzed on the ground, they will load into your cache in an unordered way and *may* sound choppy for a few moments as they are doing this- please give them time to load into your cache-- they will sound smooth and seamless after fully loaded into your cache!

*********************They are not broken******************************

To adjust the volume, raise them into the sky or lower them from where you are (vertically)...place multiple ones out (you can shift/copy the objects) so you can hear it as you wander around your land....

If you need help placing your sounds for the best sim or land experience, IM me. I can help you place your sounds in the right spots for a fully immersive experience. I'll provide a free consult, then based on the work needed will write up a quote.

NOW FOR THE REST OF THE INFO! :)

There are 4 different types of objects (all copyable so you can spread them around your land in various locations) in each box- continuous (2 - lightly tinted so you can find it, and completely invisible) as well as one with an ON/OFF via click included(also 2 - one lightly tinted and one completely invisi) If you use the "on/off" objects, they will loop until you click again to turn off.

It is recommended that you right-click an object before rezzing your new environmental sounds, and select edit, THEN drag the sound object from the folder so you can have your edit tools on your new environmental sound from the very start, in order to see where you're placing it! :)

Just rez this object out onto your land where you want to hear the sound! Drop as many as you want, spacing them out so you have continuous sounds as you wander your land.
Enjoy!!

A NOTE about SL sound
Sounds in SL only work withing a certain distance. The farther away you walk from an object with sounds in it, the less you can hear it, much like in real life.

If you cannot hear the sound, then you have placed this object too far away from you or you have your object sounds muted. Play with your sliders in your sound before thinking the sound is not there.

Quoting from Frank Linden, "The sound you hear is based on your camera's position (your camera's ears, not your avatar's, are what you hear with). So if you are building with your camera 10 meters in the air, it's likely you'll crank the volume inappropriately high in order to hear it. When adjusting volumes, the best strategy is to use mouselook, where the camera and your head are one and the same. That way the volume that "sounds right" will be reasonable when someone else's camera is two meters away."
