A very interactive addition to your garden. The hive is very lively with animation and sound and produces Honey or Royal Jelly Jars everyday just for fun. There's also a "Beware of Bees" sign included. You can also now turn the Bee buzzing off if you want to. This is the 'brown wood' version. There is also a 'white' version
INFORMATION:
1. Rez your new beehive and the bees will appear to swarm in and out of the entrance in a calm fashion.
2. Touch the hive body or lid and as 'Owner' the lid with rise up givng you access to the Honey Comb. Honey is available once everyday and sometimes Royal Jelly! If anything is available it will say so with floating text or tell you the bees are still busy.
3. On rezzing you will have to wait 24 hours for the first batch of honey. If Honey is available click on the comb to see what you get. The comb will rise up out of the hive and in a few seconds go back into the hive leaving a Jar available to move or to take into your inventory. The bees will be busy, but no more honey will be available for 24 hours.
4. After five days the Honey and Royal Jelly jars will appear empty and you can keep them or delete them, but there is always more Honey or Royal Jelly available from the hive when the bees have finished making it.. You can collect the jars or not, it's up to you.
5. If a stranger tampers with the hive the bees will swarm out in an attacking way, but no real harm will be done. Soon they will settle back down.
6. If you get tired of the bee buzzing sound you can click on the landing platforms or the wooden bands and get a menu to turn the buzzing off and on.

Useless products
As commented elsewhere this product would deserve 5 stars if the products were transferable. The maker protesting nothing can be done represents extremely poor customer service. I would never buy anything else from that person and would discourage anyone else from doing so.

Vraie bonne idée mais en changeant de place mes ruches ont disparu de mon inventaire ... dommage et pas possible de redélivrer.
Really good idea but by changing places my hives disappeared from my inventory ... too bad and not possible to reissue

why? well, sometimes, I like to test out a product and see if it works well enough to deserve a rating of the full five-stars. unfortunately, I cannot give such a rating to this brown wood Busy Beehive because, first of all, the Beehive is no copy. normally, this wouldn't pose a problem, however, when it makes honey and/or jelly, the jars it gives can be copied, however, they're no modify/no transfer. and even though I was able to reach the creator, he told me it wasn't possible to change this. he didn't offer any alternative compensation either. so my final score for this is 3 stars in total.
