If you're unfamiliar with the Crux as a species, it was a creation by
SL user Malluch Cleaver. They have generously granted me permission
to modernize this, originally sculpted, iconic SL avatar!
To preserve the shape of the original head and keep the iconic
Crux look alive, I chose not to change the shape of the head in order
to fit rigged hair to it. Rigged hair simply will not work. You will need to
use unrigged hair on this avatar. Always try hair demos!

Because of the scripts included, this product says nomod/notrans. But
this isn't the case for the product itself, just the scripts! You can still
modify it with the edit menu. (Except moving, you can't move rigged mesh)

Even tho its expensive its well worth the money! Nice animations, book, edit options, and more!
I'm amazed!
Remakes, be they movies or SL avatars, are usually never as good as the original. This is one of the exceptions! My only real complaint is the current lack of clothing, which I hope will be remedied soon.
I've been waiting for this for ages!
I had an original Crux on an old account many moons ago and have missed this avatar so much! The avatar, facial animations and HUD are all fantastic, the only issue I've had so far is not being able to fully retract the tongue while not using a dynamic facial animation, but that's not enough for me to take away a star on an otherwise fantastic product.

Finally my fave species is back for the bento update!
This avatar is well made, has good meshes and a really fitting HUD, canine teeth, and animations are in there BUT i feel like we are missing a few things that actually were on the old one; I really loved in the old one that i could choose the eyebrows positions, and even combine it with a smirk or big smile,( http://prntscr.com/tb3ci0 ) i feel like this is a problem i got with most of the Cerberus avatars, but i miss it here mostly, being a remake. I also didn't really like the decision to make them in packs, instead of one with buyable skins, cause this way i HAVE to buy 2 to have the Nux,Leukos and the Pyr, which what i used the most, or even 3 times if i wanted the Elaion, which made me really upset.
So in the end, it's still worth it, but would be 100% 5 stars if it had the options for a permanent smile and eyebrows positions to represent the old ones, and have separeted skins or all of them at this point.
If something in the future will move i will change this review

I'VE FINALLY GOT IT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!
I was waiting for it for SOO LONG, dreaming about the crux avatar, so old and primmy, being remade into a newer bento version. I thought this will never happen but boy o boy was I wrong. Saw the pre-release version on my fren and when he gave me the link tp mp I bought it IN A HEARTBEAT.
MY DREAM CAME TRUE! The new crux looks AMAZING, being also fitmesh is making it even better (even though not absolutely all sliders are working, it's enough to make a pretty unique shape IMO)
Everything works fine and fast despite my poor internet connection. Just look forward for other creators supporting this av with exclusive clothing and accessories~

A reimagining of a classic!
Words can't accurately describe how happy I am to see an iconic avatar given a mesh treatment. I'm also very pleased the Book HUD was kept and made even nicer, also tells a little story.
There are a couple of minor bugs. The hover height for the shape causes the avatar to clip through the ground, it's easy to fix though, just set the hover to 50.
It also appears that the Lower Iris does not respond to the glow slider.
