This is an explanation of what the ToS means for ALL Caboodle PSD Kits.
As of 4/8/2020, this is the current ToS. You must abide by all rules listed for ANY PSD Kit.

This template was intended as a modders resource. It can only be used for personal or commercial mods.

1) You DO NOT have permission to resell this product without custom textures.
- This means you must make your own textures.

2) You DO NOT have permission to resell this product without them being included in a mod kit.
- Basically, do not resell these the same way you purchased them, that being this product with the texture. This also includes just taking my textures and making materials to sell.

3) You DO NOT have permission to give away this product to other people or alt accounts.
- Self explanatory. Don't do it.

4) You DO NOT have permission to say you created these items as your own work.
- Self explanatory again. Don't be a douche.

5) You CAN NOT use any layers or parts from this in any other creation but the intended product
-This means you cannot move any layer or part of this PSD onto any other products. Everything in this PSD must must stay on the product this PSD kit is designed for

6) You may only resell this as an avatar mod
- You must make a mod using this PSD if you wish to resell it.

What is a mod?
- A mod is custom textures with custom markings and colors sold for existing avatars or parts. For examples, see Bullseye; https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/117876

Any break in this ToS will result in violators being reported to Linden Labs.

What did I just buy?
- You bought a PSD Kit. It includes basic texture(s) if you just wish to recolor whatever product you bought. However, I suggest to never do this because it will never look as good.

Where are my textures?
- Other than the basic texture already included, you must use the PSD to create your own textures.

Where are my mesh part(s)?
- There are -no- mesh parts included in the PSD Kits. They are designed for specific avatars that already exist.

If you do not already have the part for this, or don't plan on getting it, DO NOT buy this Kit.

Almost any product our kits are designed for can be found on the Marketplace with little to no effort. Just use the search function!

What does PSD mean?
- It is the type of file saved by Photoshop. You -must- have a program that can open a Photoshop file that includes folders to use this product. This kit also uses PS Effects that may not work in other programs.

DISCLAIMER:
I work with Photoshop because it's more fully-featured than a lot of the other graphics suites out there. I state pretty clearly in my product descriptions that anyone who buys these needs to be able to use Photoshop files; I can't really have a policy of also going back and altering my work for every person who doesn't have Photoshop, else I'd have to just sacrifice quality to make all of my product accessible for other platforms to begin with.
