Worth the 55L I paid for it, and the fact that its modify means I get to play around with the structures textures and stuff. Glad I bought it

I have no complaints about this structure since I'm not using it, but I rezzed it and looked around. It was on sale for L$10 when I found it, an introductory price, I think. It's rather dark in terms of textures/colors inside which can make sales of items if this is used as a store kind of difficult since darker structural textures can affect lighting and shadow. The structure looks well put together, though the "waterfall" is a surface wave texture looped. Not as realistic as some waterfalls you might see inworld, but this water is sandwiched between glass via imagination. It's very prim-heavy at 157 for the footprint, but it's a clean modern piece with great craftsmanship in the build!

FYI, I'm not a builder, but I did buy this with intent to use as a shop for clothing and gadgets.
