32x32 base, but only 148 prims, plenty prims left for furnishing.
Lockable doors, reliable teleport system on all floors.

ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED. If this is NOT the case, something went wrong on delivery, then just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
