CATWA HDPRO MajerEdged [DEMO]

I have plenty of heads from other brands and experienced in creating shapes.
This head's mesh feels totally unnatural and can't be fixed with shaping. The animations are overrated in their advertisement.. there's better animations for sale on marketplace. Mocap is not the magic word if not applied right. For 6K ... there's better spending in second life.

I purchased at least 6 Catwa heads over the years for me and for alts and helped friends set ones up cause I loved them. But this one I must say I regret buying. After shaping it for six hours it still looked nothing but odd and I feel that compared to my beloved Catya the options are limited. The expression of the head with the cheeks that are significantly dented underneath the cheek bone always stays the same as in the ad picture and the eye and mouth area are very hard to shape. The intructions say you can use your Catwa appliers....well, you technically can but as customer support told me one day after I asked for the first time the uv-mapping on this head is different and they all look nothing but weird. Overall customer service told me to just not use it if I didn't like it after eight minutes of chat converation and me asking if I could make the face rounder. Goes straight back to my inventory and I remain with Catya. Maybe better after next update. Personally I think the basic appearance of the head needs to be worked on. Also the HUD of the old Catwa heads was a lot better. Animation seemed a bit more fluid though.

I tried the demo then purchased the head just to experience the advanced features, but the head shape and facial features are absolutely horrible. I spent hours trying to make something of it and could not. It, in no way, compares to the heads before this, so I now have a $6K head in my inventory that I will probably never use. Too expensive for just a smile.

In reviewing the MajerEdged head from CATWA, all the same comments apply as with the Soft version... it is super modifiable, the help from support staff is very fast...the hud is great and very intuitive...AND they come with a full set of skins from major SL creators, For the Edged the skins supplied are from Deetalez and are awesome... This is a BOM Head all the way..
And Trust me no words or videos give the real experience.... you just gonna have to trust me and Try the Demo, the amount of new things this head is capable of are mind blowing and NOTHING else comes close at the moment... this will raise the Gold Standard of Mesh Heads in Second Life for quite a while... thumbs up all the way CATWA :)
