Not a full-body effect.
The particles are generated at your torso so your arms and legs will not be included in the effect, the preview of it was pretty cleverly done so that you can't see the avatar's legs and the avatar's arms are pulled close to the body. The description does not clarify this information either, so it was kind of a gamble for me that didn't end up paying off.
A proper demo would've helped me make an informed decision.
