MILLICENT!
This jacket is part of Millicent's outfit, updated for compatibility with mesh bodies. It features long back, military style brass buttons, vest and shirt collar. It is available separately here for those who just want the jacket.

The jacket comes in classic mesh (5 sizes) and fitmesh (5 sizes) to wear with classic avatars or mesh bodies. Regular alpha layer is included to use with the regular mesh and classic avatars. And the fitmesh jackets contain auto-alpha scripts for the Maitreya, Slink, Tonic and Belleza mesh bodies. Just wear your mesh body and HUD before putting the jacket on.
