Capalini Fine Furnishings is proud to present a whirling beast of whimsey.. the Wurlitzer of Doom.
Standing over 40 meters tall, this carnival or amusement park ride / rollercoaster is guaranteed to please. Styled in a dark steampunk asthetic, great attention to detail was given.
Custom sculpted walnut carts, bracketed to one another and plush, dark red seat with a brass and red painted safetybar, sit atop steel grooves holding them on the track. A weathered grandstand with steps lead up to the carts for boarding, complete with a "You must be THIS tall" sign. In the corner of the grandstand are two old fashioned levers, one to turn on custom music, one to actually start the ride. One pulled, the ride waits 15 seconds for "boarding" then begins a slow and gentle rocking motion. The rocking motion becomes quicker and the ride goes higher until it finally reaches the apex.. then begins a gradual decrease and decline until it comes to a stop. The lever goes down, and the ride resets.
Should you need to stop the ride midway through, you can touch the lever, it will drop and the ride will reset to it's default position.
An impressive looking ride, the Wurlitzer of Doom is sure to please. Perfect for filling a large empty space, fairs, amusement parks, steampunk role plays and that gift for someone that you just don't know what to give them.
Please follow the URL to view this in person at the rezzing platform. This is a much more impressive item when seen.

I run a roleplay troupe that travels from sim to sim and this is a great ride that spans alot of different era's and roleplay scenes.
The build itself is flawless, the motion smooth, the scripting tight. It's elegant and not made with super bright and horrible ugly textures. The creator is wonderful and responsive. The prims are not horrible compared to some and it rezzes in two parts which helps when I travel to places that allow me a low prim count.
I plan to buy her tea cup ride as well, and I looked at her maze which is also outstanding. You cannot go wrong with her items. You can see the love and pride she puts into her items.
Thank you for creating such wonderful items.
