This tool allows you to broadcast a message to the whole sim in a dialog's format, just using one chat command.

First, you should configure it. by default it is configured to broadcast the message simwide, to everyone. You can change that just clicking the hud and reading, it is pretty easy.
To actually broadcast a message, you can choose two ways:
❶➤ Type your message on channel 999 (/999 Hello World!)
❷➤ Click the HUD, click 'Broadcast' and type your message on the text box
