The Charleston Bay House was inspired by my trip to Charleston, with the most charming homes in America. It is an old but elegant Southern home for families.

This house features lap paneling exterior and wide, columned verandas that capture the old world charm of the South.

Pine flooring and expansive windows highlight the light, neutral palette of this home.

The house by itself has 181 prims and a 30 x 50 footprint, not including optional pool area, inside lighting, ceiling fans, fireplace, or windowseat. These may be placed with the house but do not need to be linked.
