The house is 181 prims (not including the optional indoor lights, fans, window seat, fireplace or pool area) with a foot print of 30m x 50m for the house and terrace. The house is copy/modify. The additional pool, 29 prims, may be placed beside or in back of the house.

Charleston Bay House is a warm tan lap paneled home decorated with traditional white shutters, green window awning, pink flowers, columns supporting a wide veranda and a quad of dormer windows gracing the roof. The porch is wide enough for a swing and some outdoor furniture.

Step right up to the vintage etched glass doors which open up into the spacious living room. The rich honey oak hardwood floors are the perfect counterpoint to the creamy walls.

The study on this level has cleverly been turned into a posh bar entertainment setting by La Galleria. The bar set is available at 20% off when you buy the home.

The formal dining room is just beyond a large arch. The kitchen is nearby with room for an informal breakfast table. The La Galleria kitchen fits wonderfully in this house and is 20% off when you purchase the home.

The upstairs master suite is wallpapered in a soft buttercream and light apricot pattern. This is a generous space with room enough for a suite of furniture. The bathroom set comes with a 20% discount when bought with the home.
