Took me a long time to build this house, but I feel this is my best work in terms of building - a Large American home with plenty of Space. Comes with a Free Swimming pool and Basement, (see pictures on where to place the Basement)
Note the Staircase cupboard door is just cosmetic, it has no interior, and the Masterbedroom Closet door isn't scripted.
the house has a
Mailbox, Fireplace, Porch, Lights, Mudroom, Living room, Kitchen with Pantry, Stair room, Hallways, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, A Spa room, Walk in closet, Utiliy room, A garage, Garden Storage, Study, A balcony, and some other stuff.
the house is 73LI, but you can trim some bits to lower the LI, size is 34x20.

Not so bad
Good base but need to work on the textures if you are not afraid this house is worth it :)
Buyers Beware
ok so. at first I thought it was nice, until i started moving furniture around and started noticing problems.
1. doors are slightly smaller than the frame
2. bottom edge of the house are at different levels
3. faked physics with lazy invisiprims turned mesh
4. a letter in the mailbox that gave me a thought that this house might be ripped from somewhere that mentions "office simulator" =\
especially with how artificial the textures look. no way you made this from scratch. you give true content creators a bad name.
Good House
It's a good house. I took a risk buying it because a lot of retarded comments about size, but I was right in assuming that a lot of people just have no idea about scale. Most avatars are grossly oversized and if you use a proper avatar ruler to have a normal sized avatar, you'd realise this house is perfectly sized/to scale if not a tad bigger for convenience. Most houses and furniture in SL are just enormous.
love the house
and heres why i love this house, because no matter what you do you arent going to find a house thats perfect, so the next best thing is to find a house close to what you like that you can change. the rooms aren't so big that you are trying to find misc stuff to fill them, but they arent so small you cant do anything with them. you can modify it if you dont like something, and for the amount of Land impact and linden this is a good deal.
Looks better in pictures
This house looks much better in the pictures than it actually is, rooms are very very small, texture seams are bad.
