A run down American styled Home, With a mesh Yard. The house Includes a Living room, on suite kitchen, Hallway, Bathroom, Garage, Bedroom, and a basement (basement can be split into more rooms using the provided wall)
the LI is 64 without the yard, 84 with, you will have to either use it as a sky home, or modify the ground terrain to fit the basement, if you really want to trim LI there are some details you can remove.
I also included some extra bits, A wooden fence, a Rusty metal fence, Pathing, and extended mud driveway.
